From Denver:
1. Get onto I-25 and head north. 2. Follow I-25 to the HWY 36 Exit (Boulder). You will actually pass downtown Denver & I-70 Mousetrap. Stay in your far left hand lanes as you approach the exit. You are going to angle to the west. 3. You will be on HWY 36 for approximately 20-30 minutes. 4. As you drop down into Boulder, your first exit will be the TABLE MESA/SO. BOULDER RD./HWY 157 exit. Take this exit and immediately take the LEFT hand fork on the ramp. 5. Follow this road until you reach Valmont Rd. 6. Turn LEFT onto VALMONT RD/CR-52. 0.1 miles Map 7. Take your first RIGHT onto CENTER GREEN DR. 8. Take an immediate RIGHT into the parking lot at 3000 CENTER GREEN DR.

From Longmont:
1. Take CO-119 South. 2. Follow this highway for about 15-20 minutes. 3. CO-119 South becomes FOOTHILLS PKWY/CO-157 South. 4. Turn RIGHT onto VALMONT RD. 5. Take first RIGHT onto CENTER GREEN DR. 6. Take immediate RIGHT into parking lot at 3000 CENTER GREEN DR.

In Boulder:
Our clinic is located on north west corner of Foothills Pkwy (119) and Valmont. The building is a large two-story pink stone building. Turn onto Center Green Drive and take your first right into the driveway and parking lot. There is parking underneath the building and outdoors. Our clinic is on the west side of the first floor at Suite 110.
