Below is a list of the current insurances we accept. If your insurance company is not listed, please feel free to call us with your insurance information and our office manager will check to see if your insurance company will cover our services.

We work closely with our administrative service and can assure you that your account and all billing matters will be handled with the utmost accuracy and professionalism available. Flatiron's Billing Company processes and bills all North Boulder PT's insurance and non-insurance claims. All processed insurance claims will be reviewed for accuracy and all questionable denials and discrepancies will be appealed for you.

Our Payment Policy
Providing you have verifiable insurance benefits for outpatient physical therapy, you will only be required to pay your co-pay at the time of service. We will file claims directly with your insurance carrier. Once your claim has been processed you will be billed for your co-insurance, deductible and/or any other amounts unpaid by your insurance carrier. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa or MasterCard.
