What is Pilates all About?

Developed in the early 1900s by German-born Joseph Pilates, this exercise method was formulated using 6 principles: precision, fluidity, breath, control, concentration and centering. His regimen focuses on strength, stretching, and whole-body balance. Pilates therapy and fitness enhances your body’s functioning by stabilizing and strengthening core body muscles.
